I can definitely feel warmth in the air and this morning running with the Speedy Strider I had to take my jacket off. We ran five miles and I am just so glad to be now doing whats called tapering. This means this week I run a total of 20 miles and next week I run zero miles. All in readiness for the London marathon in 12 days time! I have a feeling it’s going to be warm in London and it would be wise to pack my shorts!
