 Day - Saturday 30/12/17
Weather - Dry, dull and icy! Distance - 8 miles I looked out of the window saw the ice and the snow and decided I have to run today or I will end up behind on the miles I need to achieve for the London Marathon training, so the yak tracks went on! I am now pleased to report I achieved the 7 miles on the plan and an extra one just incase!

Weather - Dry, icy and still freezing! Distance - 4 miles Ice not so bad this morning. Had my yak tracks on!  Day - Saturday 16/12/17
Weather - Dry, icy and freezing! Distance - 2:81 miles Just too icy to run and certainly don't want to end up in casualty!  Day - Wednesday 13/12/17
Weather - Wet, damp and about 3c Distance - 4 miles It's not so cold today and the rain didn't start until we were finished!  Day - Monday 11/12/17
Weather - Dry, blue sky -5 c Distance - 4 miles The UK is covered in ice and snow. How Glasgow missed the snow I will never know. This morning I ran with ice grip things over my shoes and two layers of thermal kit.  Day - Friday 8/12/17
Weather - Dry, blue sky 2c Distance - 6 miles Winer has arrived and it’s freezing. Ran 6 miles through Pollok Park and out the other end.  Day - Wednesday
Weather - Dry and damp 10c Distance - 4 miles Ran up, down and round the Sherbrooke Hills and fairy exhausted myself!

Weather - Dry and cold 3c Distance - 6 miles Ran down to the clyde side to check out the boats!  Day - Saturday
Weather - Dry 10c Distance - 8:30 miles The long runs have started! |
